Job Title: Prompt Engineer (AI) Location: Vadodara preferred or Remote Experience Level: Entry to Mid-level (0–5 years) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and analytical Prompt Engineer with a strong background in copywriting and exceptional English language skills to help shape and refine the way AI models communicate. This role bridges the gap between technology and storytelling, ensuring AI-generated content is clear, engaging and aligned with brand and business goals. You will craft, test and optimize prompts to generate high-quality outputs from large language models (LLMs), collaborating with product, engineering and marketing teams to bring AI-driven solutions to life. Key Responsibilities · Develop, iterate and optimize prompts for content generation. · Use your copywriting expertise to ensure AI outputs are compelling, grammatically sound and audience-appropriate. · Collaborate with developers and data scientists to evaluate model performance and improve prompt strategies. · Analyse AI-generated content to identify trends, inconsistencies or opportunities for prompt enhancement. · Stay updated on the latest LLM and generative AI research to implement best practices. · Document prompt strategies and maintain a knowledge base of successful prompt templates and use cases. Required Qualifications: · 0–5 years of professional experience in copywriting, content creation or a related field. · Exceptional command of written English, including grammar, tone and style. · Demonstrated interest in artificial intelligence, NLP or generative content tools. · Strong analytical and creative thinking skills. Preferred Qualifications: · Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney or similar. · Familiarity with basic programming concepts or scripting in JavaScript and/or Python. · Understanding of prompt engineering, prompt chaining or reinforcement learning with human feedback (RLHF) is a plus.
