As a candidate for this position, you are expected to have a good knowledge of finishing materials, works, and methodology. You should also possess a strong command on Bill of Quantities (BOQ), drawings, and the ability to coordinate with other services drawings. Your responsibilities will include checking activities related to Civil and Finishing work, daily monitoring of day-to-day activities, and resolving issues within prescribed time durations. Additionally, you will be required to generate reports, assist the site Engineer in closing snag points and ongoing works, and implement Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Control in consultation with the site manager and Safety officers. Furthermore, you will be responsible for preparing bar bending schedules and Civil work quantities take off. To qualify for this role, you must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and have approximately 10 to 13 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Excel is a must, while knowledge of AutoCAD is considered a plus. Prior experience working with a Real Estate Developer will be an advantage.,
