Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage the fabrication processes in a heavy engineering environment.
2. Ensure efficient production schedules, timelines, and resource allocation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, quality, and procurement, to ensure project requirements are met.3. Monitor and troubleshoot fabrication processes to maintain high-quality standards and reduce downtime.4. Implement cost-effective solutions to improve production efficiency and minimize waste.5. Develop and maintain production schedules using MS Project to track project progress, resources, and timelines.6. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards throughout fabrication operations.7. Provide continuous training and support to the fabrication team.8. Prepare and submit progress reports and presentations for senior management.
Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Expertise in MS Project to create and manage production schedules, track progress, and report project status.2. Strong understanding of fabrication processes, materials, and manufacturing techniques in heavy engineering.3. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle complex fabrication challenges.4. Ability to lead and collaborate with teams to achieve production goals.5. In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations related to fabrication in heavy industry.
