Projection and maintenance

As a Maintenance Associate, your role involves assisting the Cinema Manager/Maintenance Engineer in running the Cinema Operations by executing various responsibilities such as: - Executing all SOPs as per company Standards. - Operating all Maintenance equipments including projection equipments and sound system. - Ensuring electricity saving measures are in place. - Controlling breakdowns and R & M cost. - Maintaining cleaning and smooth working of all Maintenance and Projection equipments. - Repairing and maintaining all equipments as needed. - Supporting operations team for the smooth running of the cinema. In terms of General Responsibilities, your key duties will include: - Being present in the customer area during shift hours to maintain the Lighting and air-conditioning. - Ensuring safety & security of the property and all Maintenance & Projection related assets. - Conducting property rounds on a daily basis to check and repair faulty equipment promptly. - Monitoring and controlling air-conditioning by checking auditorium and lobby temperature regularly. - Recording electricity units data daily and maintaining consumption reports. - Informing operation team, Maintenance Engineer, and vendors in case of breakdowns in any maintenance & projection equipments. - Checking and testing all fire safety equipment regularly. - Downloading movie content, ingesting KDM, creating movie play lists, and ingesting advertising as per schedule. - Following the reporting & escalation matrix set by the organization. Your R&M Responsibilities will include: - Maintaining & controlling breakdowns of maintenance related equipments at the cinema level. - Repairing and maintaining all maintenance, concession & projection equipment with spare parts. - Performing preventive maintenance to ensure smooth working of equipments on peak load. - Cleaning and maintaining all projection related equipments including routine filter cleaning of Projector. - Changing Xenon lamp as required and completing ppm tasks for all R&M related equipments as per schedule. - Completing tasks assigned by seniors. This is a full-time position with benefits such as Provident Fund. The work schedule involves rotational shifts at the work location in Bhuj, Gujarat. Relocation or reliable commuting to the workplace is required.,
