Project Technical Lead

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

• Lead technical deployment of customer solutions, ensuring alignment with design and architecture.
• Analyze customer network environments to customize solution implementation for optimal fit.
• Drive end-to-end project execution, serving as the main contact for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct lab testing and proof of concepts prior to production deployment.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive implementation documentation.
• Mentor team members, promoting accountability and best practices.
• Proactively manage customer expectations, ensuring alignment with project milestones.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline with 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in telecom domain.
• Proficiency in Data Center Networking and Cloud-native Infrastructure (Kubernetes) and proven ability in L2/L3 networking, TCP/IP stack & routing/switching technologies relevant to large-scale DC environments.
• In-depth knowledge of modern CLOS-based data center architecture and routing/switching technologies
• Hands-on experience with overlay virtualization technologies such as EVPN and VXLAN
• Practical experience in deploying and managing Kubernetes-based private cloud infrastructures

• Experience with SDN and NFV solutions for data center environments
• Familiarity with OpenStack-based private cloud platforms and Working knowledge of Python for network automation
• Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Ansible or Terraform
