The Project Technical Lead role within our Customer Engineering Team, you'll immerse yourself in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You'll partner with top-notch architects and engineers, tackling complex challenges in mobile core data center and cloud-native infrastructure. This hands-on position empowers you to directly influence project outcomes through innovative solutions tailored to meet customer needs. his role requires a hands-on approach to bridge solution design and deployment, collaborating with architects, engineers, and third-party partners. Key responsibilities include customizing solutions for customer needs, managing end-to-end project delivery, conducting lab testing, and creating comprehensive documentation.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
- Lead technical deployment of customer solutions, ensuring alignment with design and architecture.
- Analyze customer network environments to customize solution implementation for optimal fit.
- Drive end-to-end project execution, serving as the main contact for stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct lab testing and proof of concepts prior to production deployment.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive implementation documentation.
- Mentor team members, promoting accountability and best practices.
- Proactively manage customer expectations, ensuring alignment with project milestones.
Qualifications
Must-Have:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline with 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in telecom domain.
- Proficiency in Data Center Networking and Cloud-native Infrastructure (Kubernetes) and proven ability in L2/L3 networking, TCP/IP stack & routing/switching technologies relevant to large-scale DC environments.
- In-depth knowledge of modern CLOS-based data center architecture and routing/switching technologies
- Hands-on experience with overlay virtualization technologies such as EVPN and VXLAN
- Practical experience in deploying and managing Kubernetes-based private cloud infrastructures
Nice-To-Have:
- Experience with SDN and NFV solutions for data center environments
- Familiarity with OpenStack-based private cloud platforms and Working knowledge of Python for network automation
- Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Ansible or Terraform
