How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Own the technical success of medium-complexity projects from pre-sales to operations and CARE.
- Define project phases, milestones, and manage the technical plan alongside the Project Manager.
- Collaborate with customers to gather requirements and establish credibility for Nokia's solutions during pre-sales.
- Manage the end-to-end bill of materials, including hardware, software, and third-party solutions.
- Lead a technical team through detailed, design, and implementation phases, overseeing troubleshooting.
- Build and maintain upbeat relationships with senior customer technical teams as a recommended advisor.
- Ensure a smooth technical handover to operations and CARE teams, securing final project acceptance.
- Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Skills And Experience
You Have:
- Strong ability to manage medium complexity projects from presales to operations
- Deep knowledge of solution architecture and integration planning
- Experience in managing end-to-end bill of materials including hardware and software
- Proven capability to lead technical teams and troubleshoot complex issues
- Strong skills in engaging with customers and gathering business requirements
