Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Project Sales Manager to lead and grow our project sales in the Central Kerala region. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise and industry connections to build relationships, drive sales, and contribute to the company’s exponential growth.

Key Responsibilities:

*Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

*Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and end clients.

*Identify potential projects and engage with key stakeholders to position our solutions.

*Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

*Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies.

Qualifications:

*Proven experience in project sales, preferably in the lighting or related industry.

*Strong network of industry connections, including architects, interior designers, and builders.

*Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

*Goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

*Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

*Familiarity with lighting design and consultancy will be an added advantage.

*Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
