Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Lead Generation

· Identify and develop new business opportunities for civil works, infrastructure projects, metal structures, and fabrication contracts.

· Generate leads through market research, site visits, client meetings, and networking with contractors, consultants, and developers.

· Maintain a database of potential clients, ongoing projects, and upcoming tenders.

2. Tender & Proposal Support

· Assist in identifying relevant tenders, contracts, and sub-contract opportunities.

· Coordinate with internal teams to collect technical details, drawings, BOQs, and compliance documents for bids.

· Support preparation and submission of quotations, proposals, and tender documents within timelines.

3. Client Coordination

· Act as a point of contact between clients and internal teams for pre-sales discussions.

· Follow up with clients for clarifications, negotiations, and order finalization.

· Build and maintain long-term relationships with government bodies, private companies, and project stakeholders.

4. Sales Tracking & Reporting

· Track sales inquiries, quotations, and order status.

· Prepare basic sales reports, follow-up trackers, and MIS for management review.

· Assist in maintaining documentation related to contracts and work orders.

5. Market Intelligence

· Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments in infrastructure and engineering sectors.

· Provide feedback to management on potential opportunities and risks.

Eligibility & Qualifications

· Education:

o Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or any relevant field.

· Experience:

o 0 to 2 years of experience in projects sales, infrastructure sales, or B2B sales (freshers with relevant exposure may also be considered).

· Skills & Competencies:

o Basic understanding of civil/infrastructure or metal fabrication projects

o Knowledge of tendering processes is an advantage

o Good communication and coordination skills

o Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication

o Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

· Number of qualified leads generated

· Timely submission of quotations and tender documents

· Client follow-ups and conversion support

Accuracy and completeness of sales documentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
