Job Title: Project Sales Executive - Building Materials
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities: Develop and execute sales strategies to win new projects and grow existing customer relationships.
2. Build relationships with key decision-makers: Establish and maintain strong relationships with Architects, engineers, contractors,Builders and other stakeholders in the building materials industry.
3. Drive sales growth: Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the building materials business.
4. Provide technical support: Offer technical guidance and support to customers and internal stakeholders on building materials products and solutions.
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Monitor industry developments, competitor activity, and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
1. Experience: 1-5 years of sales experience in the building materials industry or a related field.
2. Product knowledge: Strong understanding of building materials products and solutions.
3. Communication skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
4. Relationship-building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
5. Results-driven: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
