Project Sales Engineer

As a Project Sales Manager in the Solar EPC Business at Brijstar, your role involves developing business in Siliguri, North Bengal, and the eastern region of India. Your responsibilities include creating leads, converting them to business, and managing a team of sales executives and tele-callers. You will be required to visit sites for solar site surveys, prepare reports in given formats, and work on the company CRM with geo-tagging. This is a target-oriented job where meeting targets is expected. Key Responsibilities: - Develop business in Siliguri, North Bengal, and the eastern region of India - Generate leads and convert them into business - Manage a team of sales executives and tele-callers - Conduct solar site surveys and prepare reports as per given formats - Utilize the company CRM and geo-tagging - Achieve set targets Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree - 5 years of experience in B2B sales (Required) - 2 years of experience in the solar industry (Preferred) In this role, you will be working in the territories of West Bengal, Sikkim, Bhutan, Assam, Bihar, etc. We are looking for solar engineers and solar technicians with experience in EPC of solar plants.
