Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and field-oriented Project Sales Officer for our operations in Nagpur. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a proactive approach to building client relationships in the construction and paint industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit construction sites to generate new leads and opportunities
• Meet and build relationships with contractors, site engineers, and project managers
• Regular follow-ups with leads and clients to ensure conversion and retention
• Coordinate with the internal sales team to ensure smooth order execution
• Maintain proper records of site visits and client communications

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in field/project sales (Paint industry experience preferred)
• Must be comfortable with daily field visits
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Own two-wheeler preferred
