Project Quality & Safety Engineer

You'll ensure the project quality and safety are upheld throughout the project lifecycle. Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, customer service, production), monitor project quality plans, and much more.

Youll specifically take care of interfacing with customer quality and safety teams, as well as managing non-conformities and safety issues during the project execution phase.

• Ensuring project Quality and Safety assurance and coordinating all related activities
• Aligning project QCD objectives with customer satisfaction
• Being the interface with customer quality and safety teams
• Monitoring the execution of the project quality plan
• Supporting project teams in preparation for gate reviews and follow-up actions
• Controlling project deliverables compliance through inspection and audits
• Improving project quality performance

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunication/Instrumentation)
• Experience or understanding of project quality and safety management
• Knowledge of quality control procedures and safety regulations
• Familiarity with field operational processes
• A certification in quality management or safety (advantageous)
• Strong analytical skills
• Resilience and the ability to maintain rigor and discipline.
