Job Description

As Framed is expanding its operations across various brand verticals, we are looking for a process-driven individual to streamline administrative processes and enhance client experience. Your role will be crucial in supporting the creative team, ensuring smooth operations, and fostering a positive work environment. You should possess strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. - **Client Relationship Management:** - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements. - Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and addressing concerns. - Share data with clients, gather feedback, and relay information to the internal team. - Maintain a calendar of special dates for clients and send personalized greetings to strengthen relationships. - **Project Coordination:** - Collaborate with photographers, videographers, editors, and other stakeholders to plan and execute projects efficiently. - Schedule and coordinate photo and video shoots based on client needs and available resources. - Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery and high-quality standards. - Address any project scope changes promptly and inform clients and the team accordingly. - **Human Resource Management:** - Manage HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes. - Work with hiring managers to create job descriptions and post job openings. - Source, screen, and interview candidates, providing hiring recommendations. - Handle employee relations issues and performance concerns in collaboration with management. - Cultivate a positive work environment and company culture that values creativity and teamwork. - **Documentation & Operations:** - Develop and maintain necessary documentation for daily operations such as project timelines, task lists, and resource allocation sheets. - Organize and update project files for easy access by team members. - Assist in preparing contracts, proposals, and invoices for clients. - Track project expenses and maintain financial records. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience in project coordination, client relationship management, and HR roles, preferably in the Event industry. - Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Proficiency in project management tools, HRIS software, and MS Office Suite. - Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Commitment to delivering high-quality services and fostering positive relationships with clients and team members.,
