Key Responsibilities

Planning & Scheduling:

Prepare, update and maintain project schedules (Level 2 to 4) using MS Project.
Interface with engineering and site lead to define activity durations and dependencies.
Support Head Projects for project review meetings with schedule updates and identification of critical activities.
Support multidisciplinary team meetings with timeline updates and critical path identification.
Assist in resolving schedule conflicts and bottlenecks.
Integrate engineering activities with procurement, fabrication, and construction schedules.

Progress Monitoring

Track actual progress vs. planning of the project.
Update schedules with progress data; forecast completion dates and flag deviations.
Prepare progress reports.

Documentation

Manage project documentation mainly related to project schedules.

Reporting

Generate weekly and monthly reports for internal and customer review.
Highlight risks, delays, and opportunities for optimization.

Desired Candidate Profile

B.E./B. Tech in Chemical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering.
4-5 years of experience in
industrial project management / planning & Scheduling.
Experience preferred in distillery or ethanol projects.
Basic understanding of
process plant layouts, utilities, and balance-of-plant systems
.
Excellent skills in
planning and coordination
Knowledge of
MS Project
