Project Planner

As a Lead at Keywords Studios, you will be responsible for managing a team of 50 individuals who are dedicated to training an AI engine and coordinating work across different time zones. Your role will involve overseeing team performance, ensuring client engagement, managing stakeholders, prioritizing work, monitoring KPIs, and driving process improvements. You will play a crucial role as a Product Planner, providing organization and documentation support to the team. Your responsibilities will include coordinating resource allocation, maintaining project documentation standards, and assisting Project Leads and Seniors in the implementation of new projects. Attention to detail, strong time management skills, and proficiency in documentation are essential for this role.
