Project Planner-Civil Industry

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Review and validate project schedules, budgets, and resource plans & utilization.
• Analyze delays and costs to identify causes and propose corrective actions.
• Develop and implement quality control, safety monitoring, and project management procedures/processes.
• Track project progress and review dashboards and reports.
• Identify opportunities for timeline optimization and process improvement.
• Validate and review site data, material usage, and billing quantities.
• Manage approval-related clauses in governing tenders through effective communication and coordination.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation or contingency strategies.
• Coordinate between project managers, site teams, consultants, and management.
• Support decision-making through analytical insights and project performance reviews.

Skills & Education:

• B.E. / B. Tech in Civil Engineering (Master's degree or PMP certification is an added advantage).
• Proven track record in handling medium to large-scale projects independently.
• Excellent knowledge of construction methods, contract management, and project planning tools.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project scheduling software.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities under field conditions.
• High attention to quality, safety, and cost control.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
