Review and validate project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and their utilization
Analyze project delays and cost overruns; identify root causes and propose corrective actions
Develop and implement quality control, safety monitoring, and project management procedures
Track overall project progress and review dashboards and performance reports
Identify opportunities for timeline optimization and process improvements
Validate and review site data, material consumption, and billing quantities
Manage approval-related clauses in governing tenders through effective communication and coordination
Conduct project risk assessments and recommend mitigation or contingency strategies
Coordinate with project managers, site teams, consultants, and senior management
Support management decision-making through analytical insights and performance reviews

Skills & Education

B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Master’s degree or PMP certification is an added advantage
Proven experience handling medium to large-scale projects independently
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contract management, and project planning tools
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project scheduling software
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities in field conditions
High focus on quality, safety, and cost control

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
