Roles and Responsibilities: Review and validate project schedules, budgets, and resource plans & utilization. Analyze delays and costs to identify causes and propose corrective actions. Develop and implement quality control, safety monitoring, and project management procedures/processes. Track project progress and review dashboards and reports. Identify opportunities for timeline optimization and process improvement. Validate and review site data, material usage, and billing quantities. Manage approval-related clauses in governing tenders through effective communication and coordination. Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation or contingency strategies. Coordinate between project managers, site teams, consultants, and management. Support decision-making through analytical insights and project performance reviews. Skills & Education: B.E. / B. Tech in Civil Engineering (Master's degree or PMP certification is an added advantage). Proven track record in handling medium to large-scale projects independently. Excellent knowledge of construction methods, contract management, and project planning tools. Effective communication and presentation skills. Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project scheduling software. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities under field conditions. High attention to quality, safety, and cost control.
