As a Project Manager for Web & App Development in Nashik with over 4 years of experience in project management, including at least 2 years in web & app development projects, your role will be crucial in overseeing the entire project life cycle. You will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality applications that meet client requirements and business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and deliver web & app development projects within scope, timeline, and budget. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables. - Coordinate with designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure seamless execution. - Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. - Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings for Agile projects. - Ensure all project documentation, including timelines, requirements, and reports, is up-to-date. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication. - Monitor app development trends and technologies to recommend innovative solutions. Requirements: - Proven experience in managing app development projects (mobile and web). - Strong understanding of app development processes and life cycles. - Experience in project management, particularly in web development or software development projects. - Strong knowledge of web development processes, technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP with frameworks, Shopify, CMS platforms, etc.), and best practices. - Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana. - Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and other project management methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder and team management. - Technical knowledge of programming languages, frameworks, and tools is a plus. - Experience in budget management and resource allocation. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. - PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification. - Experience working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
