Project Manager

As an experienced professional in managing complex tech or SaaS projects, you will be responsible for owning and leading the development lifecycle of all AI products. Your role will involve coordinating cross-functional sprint teams consisting of AI/ML, Dev, QA, UI/UX, and SMEs. You will define and monitor project KPIs, milestones, and risk mitigation plans, as well as conduct Agile ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Your communication skills will be crucial as you will act as a liaison between clients and engineering to ensure clarity and alignment, while also ensuring that delivery adheres to high performance, quality, and security standards. Key Responsibilities: - Own and lead the development lifecycle of all AI products. - Coordinate cross-functional sprint teams (AI/ML, Dev, QA, UI/UX, SMEs). - Define and monitor project KPIs, milestones, and risk mitigation plans. - Conduct Agile ceremonies: daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives. - Liaise between clients and engineering for clarity and alignment. - Ensure delivery adheres to high performance, quality, and security standards. Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of experience managing complex tech or SaaS projects. - Strong background in Agile/Scrum and sprint-based delivery. - Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Gantt planning, and roadmaps. - Exposure to AI/ML projects, ideally in insurance or financial domains. - Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to align tech and business.
