Project Manager

As the Lead AI Product Developer, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire development lifecycle of all AI products. This includes managing cross-functional sprint teams comprising AI/ML experts, developers, QA specialists, UI/UX designers, and subject matter experts. You will be tasked with defining and monitoring project KPIs, milestones, and risk mitigation plans, as well as conducting Agile ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Your role will involve acting as a liaison between clients and the engineering team to ensure clarity and alignment throughout the project. It is essential to guarantee that project delivery meets high-performance, quality, and security standards. The ideal candidate for this position should possess at least 7 years of experience in managing complex technical or SaaS projects. A strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint-based delivery is required. Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Gantt planning, and roadmaps is essential. Exposure to AI/ML projects, particularly in insurance or financial domains, would be advantageous. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial to effectively align technology with business objectives. Any familiarity with SOC 2 or ISO 27001 compliance practices would be considered a bonus. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday. The work location is in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, and the candidate must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before the expected start date of 16/06/2025. A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in AI. Proficiency in English is also preferred for this role.,
