You will be joining the Treasury Finance Transformation team at Stripe, where you will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination and execution of projects to optimize the efficiency and success of our transformation initiatives. As a project manager, your role will involve leading and managing complex projects focused on operational efficiency, governance, and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop project plans, monitor progress, and establish effective project governance. Additionally, you will prepare materials for senior management and stakeholders and play a vital role in driving strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Tackle hard, ambiguous questions with rigor and independence, owning projects from problem definition to final recommendation. - Lead and manage complex projects primarily focused on operational efficiency, governance, and regulatory compliance. - Develop and implement project plans, optimize workflows, and ensure stakeholder engagement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess impact, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes. - Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. - Establish and maintain effective project governance, ensuring compliance with standards and best practices. - Prepare materials for presentations to senior management and stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 6 years of experience in Change Management, with a consistent track record of excellence. - Experience in management consulting and/or change management within high-growth tech companies. - Ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders. - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities. - Proficiency in understanding complex technical products and communicating their value to non-technical audiences. - Proactive attitude with a willingness to engage with project details and work independently or within a small team. - Comfort with ambiguity and adaptability in evolving environments.
