Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager at our company located in Ankleshwar, you will play a crucial role in leading high-impact projects from start to finish. Your strong background in project management methodologies, leadership, and communication will ensure the timely delivery of projects, stakeholder satisfaction, and alignment with strategic business goals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee overall project management, focusing on construction management, design management, cost management, planning, procurement, and quality management. - Utilize soft skills in MS Office, Autocad, MSP, and effective communication. - Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for complex and large-scale initiatives. - Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, resources, and budgets. - Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors/consultants for project plan execution. - Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. - Ensure resource availability and effective allocation. - Communicate regularly with stakeholders at all levels, providing updates on progress, issues, and solutions. - Monitor and track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. - Conduct post-project evaluations and lessons learned sessions. - Implement project management standards and methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, PMI/PMBOK. - Mentor and guide junior project managers or team leads. **Requirements & Qualifications:** - M.Tech/B.E in Civil Engineering. - 15+ years of project management experience. - Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred. - Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. - Track record of managing budgets, resources, and timelines across multiple projects. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana, Smartsheet). - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve conflicts diplomatically. - Experience in the Hospital sector.
