Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Structural to oversee the execution of high-end residential and commercial projects involving timber, metal, and faade systems. The role requires a strong foundation in structural engineering, project planning, and on-site execution, along with excellent coordination and communication skills to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1.Project Planning and Coordination

• Develop, monitor, and manage project schedules and timelines.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, engineers, and contractors to align project goals.
• Facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders for smooth execution.

2.Technical Expertise

• Review drawings and conduct basic structural calculations.
• Ensure all work complies with project specifications, standards, and quality benchmarks.
• Identify potential design or technical challenges and implement timely solutions.

3. Site Management and Execution

• Supervise on-site progress to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections to verify safety and compliance with design intent.
• Coordinate with site teams to resolve technical or operational issues promptly.

4. Documentation

• Maintain accurate project records, reports, and technical documentation.
• Ensure timely submission of project deliverables, drawings, and progress reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• 710 years of experience in project management or structural execution, preferably in high-end interiors, faades, or architectural systems.
• Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and site coordination.
• Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and communication skills.
• Proactive approach with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with sustainable and green building practices is an added advantage.

Training and Induction

The selected candidate will undergo a one-month induction program at our Gurgaon office to gain in-depth knowledge of company processes, systems, and project standards.
