Job Description

What you will do Plan and track small-to-medium software projects from start to finish. Set clear scope, tasks, and weekly deadlines. Work closely with developers, testers, and designers in the office. Watch progress every day; raise any delays or issues quickly. Keep a simple list of risks, issues, and actions. Send short status reports to managers and clients. Help the team solve hurdles and stay motivated. What we need 2–3 years running web or SaaS projects. Familiar with Agile or Scrum and tools like Jira/Trello will be plus. Basic understanding of APIs, cloud, and CI/CD. Good written and spoken English & Hindi. Organized, clear communicator, strong follow-through. Nice to have: Any PM certificate (PMP, CSM) or GST/fintech exposure.
