Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project management for SCM planning initiatives, ensuring alignment with client goals, timelines, and budgets
Serve as the primary point of contact for the Japanese client, managing communication in fluent Japanese
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and consultants to deliver high-quality solutions
Track project milestones, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Ensure timely documentation, reporting, and stakeholder updates
Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and status meetings with both client and internal teams
Maintain a deep understanding of client business needs and translate them into actionable project plans

Required Qualifications:

Minimum
10 years of project management experience
, with a strong focus on
SCM planning
Fluency in Japanese
mandatory for day-to-day client interactions
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with cross-cultural teams
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in
Revenue Growth Management (RGM)
