Responsibilities And Duties
Operational JD:The Project Manager in coordination with a coordinator has to overlook onsite waste management operationsincluding waste flow, quality of waste, waste processing, staff management, and logistics/fleet management,and training. The Project Manager should also focus on maintaining professional relationship with the clientthrough regular visit and engagement. The Project Manager should also communicate with the HO inBangalore to update on the operation daily.?The Project Manager needs to enable operations team to execute client requirements?Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) specific to the project and train the project team onthe SOPs for implementation.?The Project Manager must follow the process with extreme attention to detail.?Monitor standard operations and resolve any deviations.?The Project Manager must know how to work all of the equipment for waste processing.?The Project Manager must coordinate and regularly communicate with their team through messages,calls, and meetings.?The Project Manager should focus on developing the ecosystem?The Project Manager should look into deep client engagement on a monthly basis through training,awareness sessions, collection drive etc.Client ExperienceThe Project Manager should ensure that the clients interacting with them on the ground are satisfied withCompany services.
- The Project Manager will understand the contract requirements and be responsible for accepting and
handling all issue related calls by clients in coordination with client team
- Meet clients regularly to ensure client satisfaction and adjust processes if required
- Ensure client side trainings are completed.
- As the face of the company to our clients, you will deeply engage with client to address gaps and
schedule sensitization, awareness programs, and trainings for our clients on responsible waste
management.
- The Project Manager will update clients on their waste managed by sending monthly qualitative and
quantitative reports monthly reports to them.
Targets And Deliverables
The Project Manager is responsible for the?Regular weekly ,monthly and quarterly meetings through a fixed calendar with Client Team?Raising Invoices for services offered by 10th of every month?MoU/Agreement to be monitored and renewed upon expiry?Meeting clients regularly to ensure client satisfaction?Optimize operational requirements to maintain service delivery while reducing costs?Capture fleet details and expenses on monthly basis?Understand and adhere to contract requirements, handling all client issue-related calls.?Develop project-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and train the project team on theirimplementation.?Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, engaging with them to address any gaps and organizesensitization, awareness programs, and trainings on responsible waste management.?Provide clients with regular updates on their waste management through monthly qualitative andquantitative reports.?Identify potential business expansion opportunities and manage contract statuses by monitoringexpirations, negotiating renewals, and analysing current Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, scrap
