Project Manager - Residential

As an experienced candidate with over 18 years of experience in residential construction, your role will involve handling multiple sites and overseeing the entire construction process from foundation to interior. Your expertise should be focused on high-end flats, villas, or independent houses, with a strong background in finishing work such as tiling, flooring, painting, and marble works. Additionally, you will be responsible for setting out works based on drawings and specifications, managing and supervising on-site execution with contractor management, ensuring safety compliance, and providing guidance to junior engineers. Key Responsibilities: - Handling multiple construction sites - Leading residential construction projects from foundation to interior - Specializing in high-end flats, villas, or independent houses - Overseeing finishing work including tiling, flooring, painting, and marble works - Setting out works according to drawings and specifications - Managing on-site execution and contractor supervision - Ensuring adherence to safety requirements - Mentoring junior or trainee engineers - Preparing record drawings and technical reports Qualifications Required: - Minimum 18 years of experience in residential construction - Proficiency in handling high-end residential projects - Strong expertise in finishing work like tiling, flooring, painting, and marble works - Ability to supervise and manage multiple construction sites - Two-wheeler license is mandatory Please note that you should have the capability to mobilize labor for various civil works as a compulsory requirement for this role.
