Project Manager Professional Services & Product Development

AvancerPI Solutions is looking for a Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of professional services projects, drive Agile product development, and support business growth through client engagement and strategic planning. In this role, you will need to leverage your project management expertise, foster collaboration within development teams, and possess a consultative mindset to address client needs effectively. Your responsibilities will include managing multiple professional services projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client objectives. You will monitor project progress, manage risks, collaborate with internal teams and clients to define project scope, and create detailed project documentation. As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove roadblocks for the development team, coach team members on Agile principles, and work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize backlogs and deliver features aligned with business goals. In the Services Sales Manager Role, you will identify and pursue new professional services opportunities, prepare proposals, conduct presentations, negotiate contracts with clients, and build strong client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals. You will act as the central point of communication between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders, balancing competing priorities across professional services, product development, and sales efforts. Your strategic insights will drive continuous improvement in processes and deliverables. Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in managing professional services projects in IT, cloud, or app modernization. - Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, or Asana. - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred. - Proven experience in professional services sales and strong consultative sales skills. - Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. - Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, IT Management, or a related field. - PMP or PRINCE2 certification. - Strong technical understanding of cloud solutions, migrations, and app modernization.
