Project Manager - Go-to-Market Professional Services

to join our

Digital Business

team. In this pivotal, hands-on role, you will be responsible for

owning the Go-to-Market execution cycle and driving the end-to-end delivery of Professional Services projects

within Iron Mountain India's Digital Business Unit.You will act as the crucial link, or glue, ensuring smooth, fast, and clean deal execution by aligning Sales, Solution Architects, Project Managers, and Commercials.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:
  • Drive Deal Execution & Sales Support: Act as the single point of contact for Professional Services components in digital solution deals, working with Sales and Solution Architects to define effort, scope, and deliverables, and assisting in the drafting and closing of proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Coordinate Cross-Functionally for Governance: Maintain visibility of the Professional Services funnel, tracking deal health, validating scope, effort, and margins with solutioning and delivery teams, and actively flagging risks to align cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Lead Project Management and Delivery: Lead end-to-end project management for implementations, develop detailed project plans and resource allocation schedules, proactively manage project risks, and ensure compliance with internal estimation sheets and approval workflows.

What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:
  • 812 years of experience in Presales, Engagement Management, or Professional Services Sales roles, with exposure to Software as a Service (SaaS) or digital solutions environments.
  • Strong knowledge of the sales lifecyclefrom scoping to closureand a proven ability to draft Statements of Work (SOWs) and structure commercials independently.
  • Proven ability in coordinating across Sales, Delivery, Solutioning, and Legal teams, strong communication skills, executive presence, and analytical thinking.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, or equivalent deal systems, and experience working in structured, process-oriented organizations.
