Job Description

Role:

As a Full Stack Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of our web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable, and user-friendly solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java, Spring Framework, and Hibernate with HRMS domain knowledge.
Create and manage RESTful and SOAP APIs for seamless data exchange.
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Troubleshoot and debug applications to enhance performance and user experience.
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the continuous improvement of development processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in full-stack development using Java technologies.
Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate, and SQL.
Experience with RESTful and SOAP APIs.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like flutter).
Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
