Job Description

Position

Minimum 8-10 years in managing IT projects
Experience in the quality of Project Management/PMO activities and proven competency in MS-Office personal productivity tools, MS Project (or equivalent tool) and MS Teams are essential.
Certification in either Agile, Prince2 or PMBOK
Managing migration projects into Azure and Google cloud
Managing SDWAN projects.
Strong verbal and written communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Highly motivated individual, capable of setting and achieving tasks for themselves and team members

Highly

Prior experience working for a professional services organisation.
Managing Carrier (preferably Telstra) / NBN deployments
Vendor certifications highly regarded: (Azure, GCP, Veeam, Cohesity Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Fortinet).

Responsibilities

(not limited to):

Project team management
Preparation of project status reports and facilitation of status meetings and standups
Preparing Steering Committee packs to C-Level customers
Project health checks
Calling out timely escalations
Ensuring the quality of the project deliverables are in compliance to Program Management Office standards and Corporate Governance guidelines.
Co-ordinating with vendors and partners
Validating data solutions against customer requirements
Reviewing data feasibility documents
Aligning and managing customer and supplier expectations
Delivering solutions against customer requirements for O365 Products (e.g. O365, TCO)
Scheduling, budgeting and invoicing
Managing risks and issues.
Required to work a minimum of 4 days in the office per week.
