Job Description

10+ Years of experience in Project Management.
Proficiency in project management tools like Jira. Good to have knowledge on Trello, or Microsoft Project.Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.Communicate project status, updates, and changes to stakeholders and senior management.Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing Agile best practices and promoting Agile principles.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
