Job Description

Role Overview:

This role will work directly with senior executive leadership on high-impact strategic initiatives. The individual is expected to operate seamlessly across both strategy formulation and on-ground execution collaborating with cross-functional leaders to drive programs forward while also managing the tactical deliverables required to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with executive leadership to shape strategic agendas and drive key initiatives
Develop executive-ready storyline-based presentations and leadership decks
Conduct critical analysis, synthesize insights, and translate them into clear business recommendations
Coordinate and influence cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely execution of strategic and operational projects
Deliver high-quality outputs with strong attention to detail and problem-solving acumen

Must-Have Skills:

Strong critical thinking and analytical ability
Executive presence with excellent verbal & written communication skills
Ability to translate complex concepts into compelling story-driven presentations
Expertise in MS Office with advanced PowerPoint skills
Ability to engage and manage senior stakeholders
High ownership, drive for outcomes, and detail orientation
