Job Description

Project Planning & Execution:
Lead end-to-end management of site development and the projects.
Develops and maintains project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all project phases are completed on time and within scope.
Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
Team & Stakeholder Coordination:
Coordinate internal teams, architects, designers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to optimize project costs and timelines.
Conduct regular site visits and meetings to ensure progress and compliance.
Risk & Quality Management:
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure adherence to safety, sustainability, quality, and brand standards.
Regulatory & Legal Compliance:
Ensure projects comply with local zoning, building codes, and hospitality regulations.

Responsible for the overall direction, planning, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proficient in Project Schedules and forecasts must be exp. in Row Houses and structural buildings.
Qualification B.E./B-Tech in Civil Engineering with minimum 05 -10 years' experience in the same field as a Project Manager and Execution.
