Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Project Manager

with

7+ years of expertise

in managing IT and networking infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end delivery, manage client relationships, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure projects are executed within scope, time, and budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and technical understanding of IT/networking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of IT/networking projects
• Develop project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource plans
• Drive coordination between internal teams (network, technical support, procurement, logistics, etc.)
• Manage client communications, requirement gathering, and periodic review meetings
• Oversee on-site project activities, ensuring high-quality execution and adherence to SLAs
• Identify project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure timely issue resolution
• Maintain project documentation including schedules, reports, MOMs, and closure documents
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure smooth material delivery
• Track project financials, billing milestones, and profitability
• Mentor project coordinators and junior team members
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in IT/networking project management
• Strong leadership and people management abilities
• Proven experience managing large-scale IT/networking/system integration projects
• Proficiency with project management tools: MS Project, JIRA, Trello, etc.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-handling skills
• Deep understanding of networking infrastructure, deployment processes, and technical standards
• Strong documentation, planning, and reporting capabilities
• PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a strong advantage
