Job Description

Project Manager -Website Development (Lifery) Experience/ Qualifications Minimum of 12 years and Maximum of 14 years of total experience • Mandatory experience of 5 years extensive experience with Website development, engineering, architecture and design in one of the following set ups: 1. Tier 1 IT companies 2. IT captives of MNC Banks 3. IT Product companies focused on Banking sector • Total 5+ years of hands-on experience in web development in Liferay 7.2 + DXP with recent 6 + years of dedicated experience of Liferay, Content Management and Workflow. • Should be strong in Portal administration, OSGI module development, headless content, workflow development front end development and theme customization & admin section. • Should have good experience in performance management of website development using Liferay. • Should have experience implementation advance search using elastic search and workflow management. • Should be able to customize Liferay Portlet pipeline, developed schedulers and batch process. • Familiar with various Project Management Methodologies with ability to assess best project management methodology for successful project delivery. • General knowledge of networking concepts, technologies, structured database and application/web servers demonstrated understanding of and experience with IT security best practices including mitigation and remediation strategies at an enterprise-level. • Basic scripting and development skills Responsibilities Leadership - Lead and work closely with all members of the team, including business analysts, architects, QA, and development management to ensure all aspects from intake, requirements, design, and testing are fit for purpose and delivered in a timely manner for planning and execution, Train and develop team to ensure that, there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated. 2. Planning - Accountable for all project planning activities • Ensuring full engagement of relevant architects to provide solution design and overall architecture alignment 3. Technology delivery - lead the project delivery as per project plan while guiding team on technical as well as functional aspect and adhere to the Secure SDLC process 4. Risk and Issue Management - Ability to proactively manage risk and issues for the workstream in a timely manner and have the confidence to make decisions to mitigate or resolve when required. 5. Problem solving and decision making - sound judgment at a senior management level using assertiveness and influencing skills to ensure items are discussed and decisions made and agreed in a timely manner 6. Stakeholder Management Work closely with RBI department leads / managers to fulfil all requirements • Innovation: Adopt to ReBITs innovation culture by bringing and implementing new ideas 7. Reporting - Ensure reporting is provided as required on a regular basis against project/product and COE roadmap, plans and any performance KPI's defined for your teams 8. Communication - Working closely and collaboratively with the Project management office to identify and manage all stakeholders, providing visibility and transparency Perks and benefits
