Job Title: Project Manager Location: Pune, Maharashtra Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in Aluminium Formwork or related construction industry Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager with a strong background in Aluminium Formwork systems to oversee and manage end-to-end project execution. The ideal candidate should possess sound knowledge of project management principles, technical construction methodologies, and commercial instruments like Letters of Credit (LC) and Bank Guarantees (BG). Key Responsibilities: • Manage the full lifecycle of aluminium formwork projects from planning through execution and delivery. • Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure timely completion of projects. • Review technical drawings and specifications to ensure proper implementation at site. • Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to align project goals and address any issues. • Monitor site progress, ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. • Handle budgeting, cost control, and resource planning. • Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and status updates for stakeholders. • Ensure compliance with contract terms including documentation for LC, BG, and other financial instruments. • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies. • Ensure optimal material planning, dispatch coordination, and logistics oversight. Key Requirements: • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field. • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in aluminium formwork or construction industry project management. • Hands-on experience with aluminium formwork systems (preferably Mivan or similar). • Strong knowledge of commercial documentation including LCs, BGs, and payment terms. • Excellent project planning, team coordination, and problem-solving skills. • Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). • Strong communication and leadership qualities. • Willingness to travel to project sites as required. Preferred Qualifications: • PMP or other relevant project management certification. • Experience in dealing with large-scale residential or commercial high-rise projects.
