Job Overview

iTech is accelerating its growth with innovative AI-driven products and cloud solutions. Were seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead offshore teams in delivering cutting-edge AI/ML and software projects. This role blends technical oversight, Agile project management, and client collaboration, with a strong focus on integrating AI/ML into scalable, cloud-based solutions.

The ideal candidate brings experience in offshore project management, familiarity with AI/ML technologies, and hands-on knowledge of modern development practices (e.g., web development, APIs, AWS). Youll guide teams, shape AI initiatives, and engage with global clients, with support from specialized engineers and data scientists.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of AI/ML projects, including Generative AI, chatbots, computer vision, and automation solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and success metrics.
• Drive Agile delivery through sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog management.
• Manage DevOps pipelines and ensure continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring of applications.
• Oversee cloud infrastructure management (preferably AWS), ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Prepare and maintain SDLC documentation, project reports, and client communication updates.
• Identify risks, manage dependencies, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Mentor and support team members, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
• Continuously assess and optimize processes to improve efficiency and delivery outcomes.

Required Skills & Competencies

Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management with exposure to AI/ML and cloud-based projects.

Project Management: Proficiency in Agile/SCRUM, JIRA, Confluence, and SDLC best practices.

AI & Automation: Familiarity with Generative AI, chatbots, or workflow automation.

DevOps & Cloud: Experience in AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS), CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitLab.

Programming Knowledge: Basic scripting (Python, Shell) for automation is an advantage.

Monitoring & Analytics: Experience with tools like CloudWatch, Kibana, Splunk, or Dynatrace.

Soft Skills: Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in managing IT/software projects, preferably in AI/DevOps.

Certification in Agile/SCRUM or PMP (preferred but not mandatory).
