Summary:
SPAR Technovet Pvt Ltd seeks a Project Manager to oversee interior fit-out projects for commercial spaces, ensuring timely and high-quality execution of turnkey solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end execution of commercial interior fit-out projects.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, and contractors to meet project goals.
• Supervise site activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Resolve on-site challenges to maintain project schedules.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing commercial interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out processes, materials, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
