Job Description

Project Manager Civil BE Civil (Experience 15+ years)

Candidate should have sound knowledge of residential, Villas, Infra & Plotted Development projects.
oversees all aspects of a construction project, from initial planning to completion, ensuring it stays on schedule, within budget, and meets quality standards.
The candidate should be able to handle the project independently.
Working with stakeholders to establish the project's objectives and deliverables.
Creating detailed schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and building codes.
Monitoring project progress: Tracking schedule, budget, and resource utilization, making adjustments as needed.
Ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to plans.
Ensuring quality control: Implementing procedures to maintain high standards of workmanship.
Communicating with stakeholders: Providing regular updates on project status, addressing concerns, and facilitating communication.
Preparing project closeout documentation: Gathering all necessary records and reports.
