As a Project Manager II specializing in Java and AWS technologies at UST, your role involves performing end-to-end management of projects with deliverables ranging from TCV 500K - $1Mn. Your responsibilities include: - Identifying key stakeholders and maintaining positive business relationships among internal and external stakeholders through regular communication - Defining project activities, responsibilities, critical milestones, resources, and budget while optimizing costs and time utilization - Anticipating and managing risks effectively by developing contingency plans and implementing a suitable risk management strategy - Establishing and implementing a governance model tailored to the project's needs - Planning and implementing a metrics-driven management model to quantitatively assess project health - Orchestrating projects to develop new processes meeting identified business needs - Building, managing, and nurturing high-performing teams while providing individual and team mentoring to ensure high levels of team engagement and capability development - Adopting and promoting software engineering best practices for the team to leverage In addition to the key responsibilities, you are expected to have the following qualifications and skills: Qualifications: - 6+ years of experience in project or program management within a technology organization - Strong technical background or understanding of Java-based application architecture and AWS cloud services - Proven experience leading Agile/Scrum teams in a delivery-focused environment - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate technical concepts to both technical and business audiences - Strong command over Agile metrics and delivery dashboards - Experience with project management and collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, GitHub, or equivalent Skills: - Solution Design - Scrum - Data-Driven About UST: UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider that partners with clients from design to operation, embedding innovation and agility into their organizations.
