Job Description

Project Manager

The Project Manager will act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery excellence. This role requires a proactive leader with excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of multiple projects simultaneously.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and associated risks.
Facilitate effective communication across all stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
Identify potential risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
Ensure compliance with internal standards and industry best practices.
Conduct post-implementation reviews and implement lessons learned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience (3+ years) in project management, preferably within
industry: IT
Strong understanding of project management frameworks and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, etc.).
Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Asana, Trello, or equivalent.
Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
