Project Manager - Full Potential PC Projects (OFA & AGA)

As a Project Manager at our organization, you will play a crucial role in spearheading product company-level projects from GECIA. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and drive initiatives that enhance the company's efficiency and effectiveness across all divisions related to specific PC/CC. You will lead cross-functional teams, serving as the sole point of contact for the projects, representing them at executive steerco meetings, PCM sessions, and providing periodic progress updates. Key Responsibilities: - Creating a comprehensive project plan inclusive of milestones - Leading and coordinating project planning, execution, and overall management - Conducting periodic project reviews to ensure alignment with objectives and milestones - Monitoring project deliveries and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders - Managing project budgets and assessing associated risks - Ensuring proper review and processing of variations and claims - Maintaining detailed and organized project documentation and records - Traveling to customer and sub-vendor locations as required To succeed in this role, you will need: Experience Requirements: - At least 10 years of experience in managing multidisciplinary projects, preferably in a product company - Proficiency in product knowledge, customer/vendor communications, project budgeting, and excellent project management skills Skills: - Project budgeting and management expertise - Strong communication and leadership abilities - Detail-oriented and organized approach - Ability to provide concise progress updates - Proactive team collaboration skills - Innovative problem-solving capabilities - Self-motivation and independence - Customer-focused with a results-driven attitude Qualification: - Education: BTech / B.E. in Mechanical or equivalent - Experience: 10+ years in project management/engineering within the rotatory machinery design & manufacturing industry In return, we offer: - A work culture known for respectful interaction, ethical behavior, and integrity - Access to global job opportunities as part of the Atlas Copco Group - Opportunities for growth and development - Potential to see your ideas realized and make a significant impact - New challenges and continuous learning opportunities Job Location: Hybrid This role provides a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our organization in Pune.
