Project Manager - FRM (Fraud Risk Management)

As an experienced professional with 8-15 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing Risk Operations and Rule Writing Experience on FALCON. Your role will involve working closely with stakeholders to implement fraud risk best practices and solutions. You will also be involved in project management from analysis to implementation, including documentation, testing, and rollout planning. **Key Responsibilities:** - Being an individual contributor for 80% of the time and leading UAT activities for 20% - Identifying and sharing industry best practices for fraud risk management - Managing end-to-end project delivery including analysis, documentation, solution evaluation, testing, and implementation - Writing Business Requirement Documents, Standard Operating Procedures, and Test Cases - Responding to audit queries related to products and applications **Detailed Responsibilities:** - Defining and configuring Fraud Risk Management Rules - Collaborating with various stakeholders to design and deliver FRM solutions across online/offline channels - Identifying areas for improvement in application capability/process alignment with compliance/operation teams - Taking projects from concept to implementation, defining scope and objectives, and managing project schedules - Conducting project meetings, providing single point of contact, and coordinating cross-functional programs - Reviewing, analyzing, and documenting business systems and user needs - Preparing reports for committees, managing training for new product/process implementation - Acting as a test lead, developing quality assurance practices, and coordinating testing activities The company values your expertise in fraud risk management and project delivery.
