Project Manager For Mumbai airport (infrastructure)

Objective

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with core expertise in execution of airport infrastructure including airside works, runway, taxiway, apron, and related facilities. The role includes managing highway and airport projects end-to-end with a focus on quality, budget, timelines, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise the execution of brownfield airport and highway infrastructure projects.
  
• Expertise in construction methodologies of runway, taxiway, apron, service roads, airfield lighting, drainage, and associated works.
  
• Prepare and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and critical paths using project management tools.
  
• Lead cross-disciplinary teams including civil, electrical, and mechanical domains.
  
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and authority engineers for timely approvals and project execution.
  
• Review and prepare BOQs, rate analysis, cost estimates, and contractual documents.
  
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance through site inspections, test plans, and method statements.
  
• Manage procurement, inventory, sub-contractor selection, and commercial negotiations.
  
• Maintain MIS and generate reports on project progress, cost control, and resource planning.
  

Requirements

• Education:

  B.E. Civil/Diploma

• Experience:

  15+ years, with minimum 5 years as a Project Manager handling airport works (runway/taxiway/apron/roadway).

• Skills:

• Strong technical and analytical expertise in airport/road projects
  
• Knowledge of IRFC, MoRTH, BIS, and ICAO standards
  
• Experience in liaising with AAI, consultants, and EPC firms
  
• Proficient in project management software and MIS reporting
  
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
