Project Manager Facade

Role Overview: As a Project Manager, your main purpose is to ensure team coordination to complete the work within the stipulated budget and timeline. Your major responsibilities will include scheduling project operations, negotiating with architects and vendors, assigning duties to workers, overseeing construction performance, ensuring compliance with building codes, coordinating with clients, tracking inventory, anticipating and resolving difficulties, maintaining a safe work environment, and ensuring availability of tools and materials. Key Responsibilities: - Schedule project operations and shifts to meet deadlines - Negotiate with architects, contractors, and vendors - Assign duties and responsibilities based on workers" capabilities - Oversee construction workers and their performance - Ensure work is done according to building and safety codes - Coordinate with clients to understand requirements - Track inventory daily and maintain stock records - Anticipate and plan to resolve potential difficulties - Maintain a safe and healthy work environment - Ensure availability of tools, equipment, and materials - Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulations - Ensure compliance with quality processes and standards Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering - 8-12 years of experience in the Facades Industry, with 5 years preferably as a Project Manager Additional Details: The team size and specific behavioral skills required, such as team management, being a team player, and effective communication skills, along with technical skills like problem-solving, creative thinking, analytical abilities, commercial awareness, and software knowledge, are essential for success in this role.,
