10 to 12 years in project management, preferably in
Microsoft Eco System , Dynamics 365
and 3rd party application and integration expertise with AI-driven projects.
Certification:
PMP certification is required.
Technical Expertise:
Strong understanding of
Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules
(Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service), Darwin Box HRMS and AI applications.
Project Management Tools:
Proficiency in
Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira
, or similar tools.
Methodologies:
Experience with
Agile and Waterfall
project management methodologies.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Leadership & Problem-Solving:
Ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and drive project success.
