Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining TeamLease EdTech, India's leading learning solutions company that offers comprehensive services to Universities and Corporates. With exclusive partnerships with 40 of India's largest Universities across 16 states, the company trains 3.5 Lakh students in 9 Indian languages and collaborates with 500 corporates for upskilling/skilling initiatives managing over 200 degree, diploma, and certificate programs. As the Project Manager for Education Operations, your key responsibilities will include leading project management for the assigned client, ensuring smooth operations, overseeing, regulating, and driving projects towards planned outcomes, collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders for efficient day-to-day operations, monitoring project progress, gathering feedback, assessing impact, and suggesting improvements, driving student engagement and tracking progress from one term to the next, ensuring timely student support and satisfaction, managing university relationships through periodic reviews, preparing and submitting data and reports as required by clients and the organization, identifying new revenue generation opportunities from the project, ensuring proper implementation processes and contributions from all team members for successful project delivery, and collaborating, communicating, and sharing information with stakeholders to ensure support and suggestions. Qualifications Required: - 5-7 years of experience in Project Governance and Client Management. - Proficiency in Hindi, Gujarati languages. - Strong communication skills. - Knowledge of MS Office.,
