Project Manager- Edtech ( Operations )

You will be working with TeamLease EdTech (formerly known as Schoolguru Eduserve), India's leading learning solutions company, which offers comprehensive services to Universities and Corporates. With an exclusive partnership with 40 of India's largest Universities and collaborations across 16 Indian states, you will be involved in training 3.5 Lakh students in 9 Indian languages. Additionally, you will work with 500 corporates in upskilling/skilling initiatives and manage over 200 degree, diploma, and certificate programs. As the Project Manager, your responsibilities will include: - Heading the Project management for the assigned client regarding Education Operations. - Overseeing, regulating, and driving projects towards planned outcomes and identified objectives. - Working closely with the Client and Internal stakeholders to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. - Monitoring project progress regularly, gathering feedback from stakeholders, assessing impact, and suggesting improvement measures. - Driving student engagement and tracking student progress from one term to the next. - Ensuring timely student support and student satisfaction. - Managing University relationships through periodic task reviews. - Preparing and submitting data and reports as required by the Client and Organization. - Initiating new revenue generation strategies from the Project. - Ensuring appropriate implementation processes and contributions from all team members towards project delivery and completion. - Collaborating, communicating, and sharing information regularly with stakeholders to ensure support and suggestions.
